Watch The Opening Of The Morganza Spillway [LIVE VIDEO]

As announced recently, The Army Corps of Engineers have decided to open the Morganza Spillway to help alleviate some of the pressure on the levees downstream around Baton Rouge and New Orleans. They have also decide to provide a live video stream via USTREAM which you can check out below. It will go live as soon as the opening begins.
