The holiday season has arrived and what better way to celebrate than by gathering round as the imposing Zakk Wylde, decorated in a santa hat, puts his own spin on the classic Clement C. Moore tale, 'Twas the Night Before Christmas?

Now, for anyone familiar with Wylde's... uh, wild... video clips he's released through the years (the guitar pizza oven o' doom and getting punched out for singing Adele instantly come to mind), you should know not to expect a traditional reading. After silently pouring through the pages in our studio, getting reacquainted with the story, we could tell he was in deep thought with every turn of the page. "Do you have a marker or a pen?" That's when we knew Zakk would be adding his own signature stamp on the reading.

After making his own amendments, the guitarist was ready to begin. "'Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house / Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse / The stockings were hung by the chimney with care / In hopes that St. Nicholas soon would be there..." and that's the end of Moore's words and where Zakk took the story over.

So, what happens next? You'll have to watch the video above and find out for yourself. After you finish watching, don't forget to pre-order your copy of Black Label Society's forthcoming album, Grimmest Hits, due Jan. 19 on eONE.
