Woman Drives On Sidewalk To Pass A Stopped School Bus – Gets What She Deserves [Video]

Apparently this isn't the first time that this 32 year old Cleveland woman has done this, it's just the first time the bus driver of this school bus was able to catch her on camera driving on the sidewalk to pass up his stopped bus that was letting off a handicapped child.
