When it comes to Thanksgiving, there are a few things you can always count on...turkey, football, and leftovers. Sure, you can always make awesome turkey sandwiches, but why not kick it up a notch?

The ideas on interesting ways to eat Thanksgiving leftovers are seemingly endless. Obviously, you can just simply eat your Thanksgiving leftovers exactly the way you did on Thanksgiving and it's all still going to be delicious.

In my opinion, I think the leftovers taste even better the day after for whatever reason. It's like all the goodness gets to just marinate overnight, I don't know.

However, if you're feeling a bit adventurous, here are a few ideas to kick things up a notch or three.

Best Ideas For Thanksgiving Leftovers

Ever made Fried Mashed Potato Balls? Me neither, but I'm about to! Deish.com has the recipe to make it happen and, seems easy enough.

Clearly making a turkey gumbo is something many people do around Acadiana, but how about a Turkey Noodle Soup? Get a great recipe for it at delish.com.
