Ruslan Tsarni, uncle of Boston bombing suspects Tamerlan Tsarnaev and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, spoke to the media about his nephews and is very disgusted about their actions.

He also told the media that they are from a Russian region near Chechnya and that they lived together near Boston and had been in the United States for about 10 years.

He also said, "Dzhokhar, if you are alive, turn yourself in and ask for forgiveness."
