The ‘Lasagna Bun Burger’ May Kill You, But At Least You’ll Die Happy (And Full)
Our artery-clogging, scale-busting, caloric-consuming society now has a new culinary delight to rally ‘round.
A Philadelphia restaurant called PYT has unveiled a dish called the ‘Lasagna-Bun Burger,’ which looks every bit as horrifically delicious as you think it is.
Instead of a traditional bun or bread, the sandwich features two robust slices of deep-fried mozzarella and ricotta lasagna, with a meatball-seasoned beef patty wedged in the middle.
Basically, it’s one meal on top and one on bottom, with a whole other meal thrown in the center of it for good measure to increase your chances of getting cast on ‘The Biggest Loser.’
And because you clearly can’t scarf down that much food without some sort of side dish, the meal comes with Italian parm fries. You know, to cleanse the overtaxed and shamed pallet. Mercifully, the burger will only be available for a limited time.
Probably because everyone who eats it will suffer a massive coronary.
