Texas Judge Jeanine Howard says that a then 14 year old girl who was raped back in 2011 wasn't a victim because she wasn't a virgin at the time of the rape. Oh, and the rapist admitted that he raped her.

Judge Howard gave the rapist, Sir Young, a 45 day sentence. She also gave him 5 years probation and 250 hours of community service...at a rape crisis center. Needless to say, the executive director of the crisis center nixed that idea.

From Inquisitr, Sir Young, who was 18 at the time, admitted:

“I hate to have that on my plate. But that’s rape.” Young also plead guilty to the rape charges although the victim says she told him to stop multiple times before and during the sexual assault.

Judge Howard's reasoning for giving him a 45 day sentence:

“She wasn’t the victim she claimed to be. He is not your typical sex offender. There are rape cases that deserve life. There are rape cases that deserve 20 years. Every now and then you have one of those that deserve probation. This is one of those and I stand by it. My job is not to make people happy. My job is to follow the Constitution and do the right thing. I will always do the right thing.”

Here's the news story about the rape crisis center not excepting Judge Howard's community service recommendation.
