A local man has been charged with Second Degree Murder after deputies with the Vermilion Parish Sheriff’s Office say he shot someone early Sunday morning near Maurice.
19-year-old Rontrel Broussard is accused of throwing large rocks out of a moving vehicle onto several other vehicles passing in the opposite direction, causing broken windshields, broken headlights, and multiple dents.
