On our Christmas edition of The Grindhouse, we had the displeasure of getting a visit from Jason And The Kruegers to talk about their Nightmare After Christmas show this Friday night at Club Z downtown. We also played new music from At The Gates, Periphery, 36 Crazyfists and some metal Christmas tunes. Check out the entire playlist below!

On Halloween night, I attended the final show at The Station Live in Broussard for a wild and awesome night. People were dressed up as many different things for Halloween. But that night, I witnessed what had to have been, the most amazing costume that I have seen in a long time or ever!

Last night on The Grindhouse, we opened the show with Static X to honor the memory of Wayne Static, who just passed away at the young age of 48. We premiered new music from Alaska metallers 36 Crazyfists, Rings Of Saturn, Scar Symmetry, Psychostick and Carcass.

This Sunday night on The Grindhouse, we feature a new metal band from Acadiana! Join us at 8PM as the members of Hex Campaign join us in studio to premiere new music, talk about the formation of the group and future shows!

Tonight on The Grindhouse, Johnny Angel from Jason & The Kruegers stopped by to talk about their upcoming Halloween show at JP's this Friday night and also mentioned that they have a new song and new music video.

Secondborn will be playing their debut show for their EP release party at The Station Live!

This Saturday night, September 27th, PM Star Promotions and The Grindhouse present GOATWHORE, with special guests Black Feratu, Misanthropic Inoculation and Broken By The Burden at The Station LIVE in Broussard!

After a two-week absence, The Grindhouse returns with a vengeance this Sunday night. Since we haven't given you your two hours of heaviness for the pat two weeks, we have YAKk and HolleeStar joining us live in studio to promote their upcoming show and we will have prizes to give away!

In their 25 year history, NOLA sludge masters Crowbar has reached their highest place on the charts their their new album 'Symmetry In Black', which was released on May 27th via E1 Music in North America.

Crowbar / Soilent Green drummer Tommy Buckley has successfully undergone a prostatectomy after being diagnosed with cancer. Soilent Green posted a message to their fans late last night (Aug. 22) revealing the news that Buckley had his prostate removed entirely at the recommendation of his doctor to prevent cancerous cells from spreading.
