Ever since Lamb of God vocalist Randy Blythe was arrested in the Czech Republic on manslaughter charges, a million questions have been directed at Blythe and the rest of the "pure American metal" band.

Due to a "family emergency," Lamb of God guitarist Mark Morton is currently sitting out the initial dates of the band's European tour. There's no official word as to how long Morton will be out for, but Lamb of God surprised Austrian fans last night (Jan. 6) by bringing out Between the Buried and Me guitarist Paul Waggoner to fill in for Morton.

Back in July, it was announced that Lamb of God vocalist Randy Blythe would write a memoir of his Czech manslaughter case. In a new catalog from Da Capo Press, the publishers of Blythe's 'Dark Days: My Tribulation and Trials,' the memoir will be released in summer 2014.

Fans who attended the Lamb of God show Tuesday night (Nov. 12) in Vancouver, British Columbia were probably a little surprised to see Fear Factory’s Matt DeVries playing bass for the band. According to reports, DeVries is the temporary replacement for John Campbell, who was recently sidelined by a family emergency.
