The saga that has been the super stuck hair of Chalmette's Tessica Brown appears to be over.

The woman whose hair has been matted down due to her use of Gorilla Glue finally has some relief after a four-hour surgery in Beverly Hills on Wednesday.

As we reported yesterday, Dr. Micahel Obeng offered to perform the procedure for free. (Normally, a surgery like that would cost $12,500.) He did that yesterday and TMZ was there to chronicle it all.

The relief on Tessica's face says it all. As much as many have poked fun at her for this error in judgment, it is a huge relief to see this saga come to an end for her.

Exactly what did Dr. Obeng do to release the glue from her hair? He explained to TMZ that it was basic chemistry. He used a combination of medical-grade adhesive remover, aloe vera, olive oil, and a dash of acetone. The main goal was to break down the polyurethane, which is the main ingredient in Gorilla Glue.

He didn't just go in cold with this concoction though. He tried the solvent on a dummy scalp before performing the procedure on Ms. Brown.

Tessica, no wigs for you girl. We hope you enjoy your hair again.
