‘Gorilla Glue’ Woman Tessica Brown Found Lumps in Breasts During Pre-Surgery Exam
Tessica Brown thought the worst was over for her after getting the Gorilla Glue removed from her hair last month. But now doctors have found lumps in her breasts.
Dr. Michael Oben, the plastic surgeon that took the glue out of her hair, found evidence of lumps in both her breasts during a recent pre-surgical exam.
This time Brown was planning to have surgery for a breast lift and abdominal liposuction when doctors found masses in both of the 40-year-old's breasts.
Dr. Oben removed the lumps and they are being tested for cancer.
The social media influencer's manager, Gina Rodriguez told TMZ that her client is grateful to Dr. Obeng, though it is unclear if she had to pay for the removal.
A mother of five, the Chalmette native Brown believes the Gorilla Glue fiasco was meant to lead to the troubling discovery.
As you probably recall, Ms. Brown became famous through social media when she revealed how her hair was stuck together for a solid month after she used Gorilla Glue when she ran out of her usual hair product, Got2b Glued.
During the fiasco, Brown started a GoFundMe to buy wigs and help defray costs for her hair surgery. However, Dr. Oben stepped up to offer his services for free and would successfully free her hair from the glue after a four-hour surgery.
The fundraising was so successful that she was able to donate $20,000 to Obeng's Restore Foundation.
