Person In Wheelchair Runs Over Two Women [VIDEO]

Watch as a man in a wheelchair runs over two elderly women.

The man in the electronic wheelchair backs up over the women and then leaves the scene. I hope he didn't do this intentionally, but it looks like he did as he flees quickly.

No word if the women were injured here, but this did not look good!!
