P.O.D. decided to step back into the studio to make there next record and ended up walking out with a lawsuit on their record label.

loading...

This lawsuit was filed just days ago in Nashville.  According to the suit, INO Records had a breach of contract with the band when refusing to pay them $400,000 in advance for their next album. The band claims INO refused to pay the option, explaining that P.O.D. had " 'abandoned' its obligations (to INO) under the agreement."

P.O.D. signed with INO in February of 2007 after departing from Atlantic and who knows who they will sign with next.

What ever the turn out may be,  I just want new MUSIC from P.O.D.!

P.O.D. play in South America through April and then hit the Rock On The Range festival in Columbus, Ohio on May 21st.
