Metal Motivation Invasion Benefit This Friday Night Featuring Crowbar

New Orleans sludge metal masters Crowbar will be playing a benefit show this Friday night at Southport Hall in New Orleans dedicated to two very important people, Robert and Kelly Giarratano.

They have been going through a rough time with Robbie's diabetes and multiple hospital visits. Robbie is a fellow musician and a die hard metal fan. Kelly is his awesome wife that has dedicated her life to him in all the good and the bad times. She had to quit working in order to take care of a lot of the special needs that Robbie needed.

Crowbar will be playing, as well as The Devil's Rain, Disciples of Thrash, Broken By The Burden, Delta Doom(featuring Kyle Turley) and Murdercase.

There will be raffles for 2 guitars, one is a Les Paul Junior donated by Kirk Windstein, and the other donated by Wayne Gelpi and autographed by Randy Jackson of Zebra!

There will also be a raffle for a $250 tattoo from Twisted Addictions, a $25 gift certificate to Gris Gris Seafood on Cleary Avenue in Metarie, and other items that tickets will be sold at the door.

Tickets are $15 and will be sold at the door the day of show and all proceeds will go to Robbie and Kelly.
