Why can't cops have a little fun sometimes? I know it is a stressful job and you have to constantly deal with idiots all of the time, but sometimes, you can give people a break. Take this guy dressed up a a Ghostbuster. I think he tries a little to hard to ask silly like Dr. Peter Venkman and gets on a cop car then flips over the officer.

Then the officer proceeds to arrest him for public drunkenness. Then the other officer threatens the camera operator as they are arresting said Ghostbuster. Watch the incident here:
