If you've got a LEGO fan in your house, this is your weekend. Louisiana's very first LEGO store is now open for business in Metairie!

The LEGO store is now open at Lakeside Shopping Center in Metairie.

This slice of LEGO heaven on Earth is a whopping 2,028 square feet of plastic modular bliss for even the casual LEGO fan.

The new Louisiana LEGO is right across from the Disney store in the shopping center. The New Orleans' LEGO store is one of more than 130 retail stores across the globe.
