Looking For Dehydrated Water? [Picture]

I've heard tell of crazy products sold in days gone by, but I think this one takes the cake. I'm sure it will come in handy in case of hurricanes. The instruction on how to prepare this are comical in and of themselves. What I would like to know...is there actually anything in the can, or is it just air?
