They got to visit, again.

The last time we saw Drew Brees and Joe Burrow together was days prior to the NCAA Football National Championship game in New Orleans.

Fast forward a few years and now the two Louisiana icons are back visiting, but this time it is prior to Super Bowl LVI in Los Angeles.

Since the 2019 National Championship game, Brees has retired from football and is now working for NBC Sports and Joe Burrow is leading the Cincinnati Bengals.

Well, the two got to sit down with one another again as Drew was on assignment for NBC prior to the "Big Game" and I personally cannot wait to see this interview on Super Bowl Sunday.

The last time they got together there was a jersey swap, so what do the two have planned for this visit? I guess we will find out Sunday prior to the biggest game Burrow has yet to play.

Just recently, Joe Burrow stated he grew up a Saints fan because of Drew Brees, and now the quarterback he once admired as a kid is sitting down with him just days before the Super Bowl. What a moment.

As you may expect, many fans are excited about this interview and we cannot wait for it either. There seems to be a really good connection between the #9s.

Check out a few photos that were shared on social media of Burrow and Brees enjoying a visit and conversation, which we will see on Super Bowl Sunday.

One more thing, Drew's sons appear to be Joe Burrow fans too. I just wonder if they have a new favorite #9.
