Chuck Norris To Star In New RoboCop Film? [Picture]

I heard a rumor that a remake of the classic film RoboCop is being made. Part of the rumor is that I heard they cast Chuck Norris to play RoboCop. I have no idea, besides the advancements in visual effects, why they would remake RoboCop.

Of course the rumor of Chuck Norris starring in the remake is a joke. But, if he were to star in the remake as Officer Alex Murphy, he would probably look something like this!

But, there is supposed to be a remake of RoboCop in the near future. Total Recall was just remade, why not RoboCop? No more stop motion animation effects for ED 209, but I hope they use the same voice. If not, it will probably suck!

You remember how violent this film was? Will the remake be more 'family-friendly'? Let us hope not.
