It almost seems like yesterday that the Carnival Triumph broke down in the Gulf Of Mexico and the passengers were stranded on the inoperable ship for days. Well, now the Carnival Dream has experienced plumbing problems, which makes it twice this year that a Carnival cruise ship has overflowing sewage.

According to the Coast Guard, the ship's captain has not let passengers off the ship and they are becoming angry. Because of this, Carnival is currently working to fly all 4,300 passengers back to Florida. They will be refunded for three days and given 50 percent off another cruise.

Passenger Gregg Stark told CNN:

There's human waste all over the floor in some of the bathrooms and they're overflowing -- and in the state rooms. The elevators have not been working. They've been turning them on and off, on and off.
