So, the question is, did this guy do this on purpose or is just a ridiculous coincidence?

Here, you'll see a weatherman showing the projected path of tropical storm John. He very strangely uses his hips to help illustrate the path, and as the cone of uncertainty develops,  it becomes oddly pornographic.
