UPDATE: Trouble on I-10 Westbound

UPDATE: Both lanes of I-10 westbound near mile marker 117 are now open. The 18-wheeler has been removed from the interstate.

Earlier today:

Louisiana State Police Trooper Thomas Gossen tells KPEL that traffic is moving with one lane now on the westbound side of I-10 over the Atchafalaya Basin are closed right now.

There was a crash on Interstate Ten that has closed the westbound lanes near mile marker 117.

The crash involves an 18-wheeler.
