Normally, when you shake a can of carbonated soda before you open it, it's explodes all over you. That's because carbon dioxide, which is used to carbonate the soda is mixed with the soda when you shake it, causing it to explode when opened.

This experiment was done by Canadian Astronaut Chris Hadfield. In the demonstration, he shook a can of Coke deep in the ocean, which is made to simulate the pressure with no atmosphere in space. Watch the video above to see what happens when he opens the can.
