The Story Of Lisa Pate, The Other Woman That Brandon Scott Lavergne Was Indicted For

Brandon Scott Lavergne was just indicted on two counts of first degree murder. One count was for Mickey Shunick. The other was for Lisa Pate of Youngsville, Louisiana, who went missing in June of 1999. She was the mother of three children. Her body was discovered in Acadia Parish in September of 1999 under three large boards in a grassy field northwest of Church Point. Lavergne is from Church Point. LSU anthropologists used dental records to make positively identify Lisa Pate.
