
Tai’s Top 10 Most Anticipated Films Of 2017
Well, another year has passed. 2016 was pretty exciting for movies. It gave us films like Deadpool, Captain America: Civil War, The Jungle Book, Doctor Strange and more. I'm sure Rogue One will be another great one. But lets look to the near future. 2017 has a pretty exciting slate of films to be released. Here are my top 10 anticipated films of 2017.

Justice League
November 17th2017 will be the year DC brings their version of 'The Avengers' to the big screen. They sorta did that and almost ruined it last year with Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice. Now Zack Snyder is giving us a more lighter version of the DC universe from the looks of the Comic-Con footage.

Wonder Woman
June 2ndThe first female superhero to get her own solo movie. In this film, directed by Patty Jenkins, we get Diana Prince's origin story and it takes place during World War I. From the trailer, it looks like a pretty exciting addition to the DC Film Universe.

November 3rdThe 3rd chapter in the Thor films will take us all along the nine realms instead of just on Earth. We as Marvel fans definitely want that. Also, more excitingly, we get The Hulk, Valkyrie and Doctor Strange in the movie also. Don't forget Loki and Odin as well!

Blade Runner 2049
October 6thHarrison Ford is back as Rick Deckard. Ryan Gosling, Jared Leto and Dave Bautista join him in this sequel to Ridley Scott's epic sci-fi classic about replicants. Denis Villaneuve is directing the sequel after his film Arrival. Scott is producer on the sequel.

Spider-Man: Homecoming
July 7thTom Holland returns for the second time playing Peter Parker in Spidey: Homecoming. In this film, which takes place after Civil War, Spidey is still in high school and is still learning to use his new powers.Robert Downey Jr. returns as Tony Stark and Michael Keaton as The Vulture.

July 28thDirector Nikolaj Arcel's adaptation of Stephen King's series of fantasy novels. Idris Elba plays Roland Deschain, the Gunslinger and Matthew McConaughey plays The Man In Black. They are also making television programs to air in between the films.

Logan
March 3rdHugh Jackman returns as the Wolverine/Logan, in his final performance as the iconic X-Men character. Patrick Stewart returns as Professor Charles Xavier. The film loosely follows the Old Man Logan storyline. In the comics, there are no more mutants on Earth. This looks to be a very emotional final movie for Jackman as Wolverine.

Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol.2
May 5thDo I need to say anymore about this movie? It's just amazing and Baby Groot is gonna steal the show, or is Kurt Russell as Ego the Living Planet gonna steal it? Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Bradley Cooper, Vin Diesel and Michael Rooker return in their roles.

Alien: Covenant
May 19thThis is my most highly anticipated movie of 2017. The sequel to 2012's Prometheus, Alien: Covenant. In this film, which is once again directed by Ridley Scott, takes place 10 years after Prometheus as the crew of the colony ship Covenant discovers a paradise in the far reaches of the galaxy. That paradise soon becomes their worst nightmare. The only inhabitant of the planet is David 8, once again played by Michael Fassbender. Danny McBride, Katherine Waterston, Demian Bichir and Noomi Rapace also star.
