Yesterday, I just had a feeling that the New Orleans Saints would go on the offensive for the first round of the 2014 NFL Draft and select a wide receiver. They did just that, by trading with Arizona to get the 20th pick in round 1 and selecting WR Brandin Cooks from Oregon State University.

Waiting to hear the Saints round one pick was almost, but not quite, as frustrating as waiting to hear Johnny Manziel's name called. That's all they talked about on TV last night. But it made Twitter quite fun.

Tonight is rounds 2 and 3 of the draft and the Saints have only one pick, which is pick 58 in the second round. What will they do? Will they try to build up that offensive line to give Drew Brees more protection in the pocket and allow him time to throw to the speedster rookie Cooks or Colston, Stills and Graham? Or will they lean more to the defensive side, which is pretty strong already. The Saints can still use some more room on the depth chart for an already solid defensive unit.

We will find out tonight at 7pm, as rounds 2 and 3 commence for the NFL Draft. Are you happy with the Saints first round pick from last night?
