Should Welfare Money Be Used At Strip Clubs?
Louisiana currently has a program named 'Family Independence Temporary Assistance Program' (FITAP), which makes cash payments to qualified people. These payments are made via debit card, which allows the recipients to cover necessary expenses. Apparently the word necessary has been getting strrrrretched a bit. Now, the legislature is considering a bill to limit the ways the free money may be used.
