Ever since the New Orleans Saints cut both of their place kickers on Saturday, the question has loomed -- "who will kick for the Saints?"

According to neworleanssaints.com, the black and gold have signed kicker Garrett Hartley to a five year deal with undisclosed financial agreements. Hartley, 24,  is currently 42 - 49 in career attempts.
