According to neworleanssaints.com, the black and gold have signed kicker Garrett Hartley to a five year deal with undisclosed financial agreements. Hartley, 24,  is currently 42 - 49 in career attempts. He has been with the Saints since 2008, when he was picked up as a free agent. In 2010, he helped the Saints capture Super Bowl XLIV by becoming the first kicker in Super Bowl history to convert three field goals of 40 yards or more in the game.
