The Notorious one has accepted a UFC bout against Lafayette native Dustin "The Diamond" Poirier, and wants the fight to be at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
Recently, talks went down on Twitter between Dustin Poirier and Conor McGregor as the both of them agreed to a charity "exhibition" fight. Now, Commissioner Dana White of the UFC has stepped in and offered to make the matchup a UFC official event.
Through his non-profit charity, The Good Fight Foundation, Poirier has come up with a plan to give a hand up to a local business and help out Acadiana fight fans.
