History Channel’s ‘Swamp People’ Will Have Casting Call in Lafayette

The History Channel is readying another season of 'Swamp People,' and they're casting new hunters now. The producers are looking for alligator hunters with at least 50 tags who are licensed to hunt in the state of Louisiana. They're also searching for true swamp folks; interesting people who live off the land or earn their living in the swamp. You know, the one of a kind people that can be found only in the Louisiana swamps.

If you qualify, or you know someone who might, show up for a casting call scheduled for Tuesday August 2nd from 9a - 5p at Prejean's Restaurant, 3480 NE Evangeline Thruway in Lafayette.
