Red Balloons Are Popping Up On Storm Drains Ahead Of ‘It’ Movie

While the story of IT takes place in Maine, Pennsylvania police have retrieved red balloons that popped up ahead of the movie. They seem to have a goo sense of humor about it, though.

The Lititz Borough Police Department posted to their Facebook page pictures, and a lighthearted message to the prankster that put helium filled red balloons on a storm grate.

I'm sure that the release of the movie will be a revisit to last year's clown craze that saw people arrested for being the creepy clowns, or for falsely reporting creepy clowns.
