Official Trailer For ‘Pacific Rim’ [Video]

For a while, I've been curious about director Guillermo Del Toro's next directorial project after he stepped down from The Hobbit. Pacific Rim is his next film, and it is a homage to Japanese giant monster films. It almost looks like Transformers and Halo meets Godzilla. You can watch the first trailer for the film here.

Definitely a visual effects fest and a great popcorn action looking film. Pacific Rim stars Idris Elba, Rinko Kikuchi and Charlie Day (what!!) and hits theaters July 12, 2013!
