Nike Announces ‘Back To The Future’ Self-Lacing Shoes Are Here

Nike has announced the Nike Mag self-lacing shoes worn by Marty McFly in the 1989 film Back To The Future are here.

A spokesperson for nike would only reveal what city the shoes were in, but declined to comment further.

The first pair of self-lacing Nike Mag shoes is in New York City

Nike has been dropping hints about the self-tying BTTF kicks for quite some time now. Earlier this year they filed a patent for a "power lace" after they already filed a patent for an "Automatic Lacing System" back in 2009.

Nike has not announced whether or not the shoes will be available to the public.
