Meet The New York Police Officer That Bought A Homeless Man A Pair Of Shoes [Video]

Yesterday, we showed you the picture of a New York Police Officer giving a homeless man a pair of socks ans shoes on the street. The picture went viral immediately. The officer's name is Larry DiPrimo, and today he spoke about the moment that everyone is praising. You can watch the press conference here.

He noticed a homeless man on the street without shoes on. It was so cold that officer DiPrimo was wearing two pair of winter socks. He went into a Skechers store, purchased a pair of $100 Skechers combat boots and gave the man one of the pair of socks he was wearing. A bystander named Jennifer Foster took the picture that became famous.

DiPrimo is 25 and lives in Long Island, NY. What a good man!
