Louisiana Man Notices A ‘Strange Anomaly’ On The Radar [VIDEO]

Louisiana man Lance Dauzat noticed something strange on his computer while looking at the radar. He noticed a strange circle around an area of the map with is in Fort Polk, Louisiana.

Around the area, the clouds on the radar are noticeable. But in one area, it is a perfect circle, a circle that is real clear than the rest of the radar. Watch in his Facebook video below as he describes what he is seeing.
