A Perfect Circle's last studio recording was nearly a decade ago. Today, they released a new song called 'By And Down', from their upcoming greatest hits album 'Three Sixty', which will hit stores on November 19th.There will also be a live version of By And Down on their upcoming box set, called 'A Perfect Circle Live: Featuring Stone and Echo', which will be released on November 26th, and will be released digitally.
