Lamb Of God’s Randy Blythe Finally Released From Czech Prison
Lamb of God singer Randy Blythe was arrested June 28 in the Czech Republic on manslaughter charges that date back to a 2010 incident. According to blabbermouth.net, The singer had finally been released.
"LAMB OF GOD frontman Randy Blythe was released from custody after spending more than a month at a Prague, Czech Republic prison on manslaughter charges.
According to Blesk.cz, Blythe boarded a direct flight from Prague to New York at approximately 1:00 p.m. CEST today. He is expected to land on U.S. soil this afternoon.
After the court doubled Blythe's bail last month from about $200,000 to about $400,000, the prosecutor once again filed a complaint against the singer's release.
"I can confirm that [Blythe] was released yesterday afternoon," Gabriela Pohlová, a spokeswoman for the prison, said on Friday (August 3)."
