Lafayette Police To Conduct OWI Checkpoint Tonight
With most people getting a three day Labor Day weekend started tonight, the Lafayette Police Department has announced they'll be conducting an OWI checkpoint this evening somewhere within the incorporated limits.
The OWI checkpoint will be conducted between 9:00 pm and 3:00 am.
Officers say they will respond with zero tolerance to those found to be under the influence.
Have a great Labor Day weekend, just make certain you do it safely, and don't drink and drive.
