Louisiana National Guard members from Fox Co. 2-135th General Aviation Battalion rescued stranded citizens in Winn Parish with a Blackhawk helicopter on March 10, and it is pretty incredible. Over 1,000 people had to be evacuated from the area due to high water and massive flooding. This is very reminiscent of the rescues after Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans - thank ya'll so much - Geaux Guard!
