This man has a knife sticking out of his chest...and it's moving with his heartbeat! AGGHHHHHHHH!!!!!

You gotta love videos that have no explanation whatsoever! Did he get stabbed? Did he stab himself? Did a knife fall from the sky while he was trying to get some sun, and land directly in his chest?

All we know is that this man appears to be in a hospital. He's hooked up to monitors. And he's got a giant GD knife sticking out of his chest!
