
Jury Reaches Verdict in Drew Brees Jewelry Lawsuit
The New Orleans Saints quarterback missed some of the team’s OTA’s due to the lawsuit.
According to WWL, the jury sided with Brees and awarded him over $6.1 million in the civil lawsuit against La Jolla jeweler Vahid Morad.
Drew and his wife Brittany claimed that they bought $15 million in jewelry from Morad between 2012 and 2016 when they took it to an independent appraiser in 2017, they were told it was worth $6.7 million less than they paid.
