Jolie’s Louisiana Bistro Executive Chef, Greg Doucet, Featured On NatGeo Tonight

Greg Doucet, the Executive Chef at Jolie's Louisiana Bistro, will be featured on an episode of "Eric Greenspan is Hungry" on the National Geographic Channel. The episode premieres tonight!

Filming for the episode took place during Festival International de Louisiane.

Famed Los Angeles Chef and Restaurateur Eric Greenspan believes there’s no better place to experience food than at the source. So, he’s hitting the road with his best friend and trusted sidekick, Captain Mauzner, to hunt for the best dishes America has to offer.

In tonight's episode, Eric and Mauzner headed to Cajun country to experience the heart of Acadian culture and honor an animal that provides milk, cheese and meat: the goat.

The episode will air three times on NatGeo.
