Now that things are beginning to open back up, major venues are beginning to schedule shows.

NOLA.com has announced the second rescheduling of the concert featuring 6-time Grammy winner James Taylor and 6-time Grammy nominee Jackson Browne (he lost to the Saturday Night Fever soundtrack). This is the 3rd date proposed for this show, with the first two being squashed by the coronavirus pandemic.

The initial show was to happen in May of 2020, and we all know what happened then. The second show was moved to this Spring and, even though we are closer to the edge of the woods, we aren't in full view of the meadow, yet. So the powers-that-be pushed the show back again, this time to October 16, 2021.

According to NOLA.com, if you have tickets from either of the previously-postponed shows, they will be good for this third-time-is-the-charm show.

I have yet to see James Taylor in concert but, being a child of the 70s, I would like front row tickets, please. I had the pleasure of seeing Jackson Browne a few years back in Pittsburgh, and I loved that show. Both artists are amazing songwriters, and this is one I am putting (back) on my radar.
