News Corp announced the first-ever newspaper exclusively for iPad — definitely a momentous occasion in the media world.

News Corporation Chairman Rupert Murdoch announced the launch earlier today. The newspaper will be called "The Daily". This could be huge for those digital medias who want to be readers only source for news. The e-paper will cost $39 a year or a whopping 99 cents a week.
