In Soviet Russia, Water Drinks You [Video]

I'm uhhh...I don't really know what to say here.

In this video, allegedly from Soviet Russia, when this guy turns on his water faucet, nothing comes out. It is making a strange sound, though.

He holds up a glass that is already full of water. When he places it up to the faucet, it SUCKS THE WATER UP, emptying the glass!

So, does that mean that in Soviet Russia, water companies pay you?
