"American Idol" finalist Laine Hardy is back home in Livingston today (5/14) for a homecoming parade and hometown concert.

Hardy is one of the three finalists on "American Idol" and each will be honored with a trip home.

The entire parade route is as follows: Travel down Hwy 63 to Hwy 190. Left on 190. Finish at the entrance to Livingston Parish Fairgrounds

Immediately following the parade, the concert featuring Laine Hardy will start at approximately 6:30 pm.

If you're planning to attend, below is information regarding parking:

  • Park at the Livingston Parish Fairgrounds and walk to line the route. (Fairground gates will open at 3 pm to allow for parking prior to parade.)
  • Florida Blvd will be the only entrance into the fairgrounds.
  • Police will be on site to direct for parking.
  • There will be no parking allowed along the route (Hwy 63 or Hwy 190.)

The 18-year-old Hardy will be competing against Alejandro Aranda of Pomona, California and Madison VanDenburg of Cohoes, New York. The finale is set for May 19th on ABC.

There's only one other Louisiana contestant on "American Idol" that has made it this far in the competition. Westlake's Josh Ledet finished third back in 2012.
