In an interview with KPEL's Rob Kirkpatrick, Governor John Bel Edwards talked about the one year anniversary of the flooding that left parts of Acadiana destroyed. He also talked about the state fiscal cliff and the need for lawmakers to come together for a solution. Right now the state faces a budget gap of roughly $1 billion dollars. The Governor also discussed Louisiana's standing as one of the worst states in overall education of students.
