Givers Get Great Reviews For New ‘In Light’ Album

Lafayette's own Givers were recently featured on the npr.org music website as a "first listen" spotlight. According to the reviewer, "Givers' music fits neatly into the world of sunny kids who've figured out ways to incorporate Afrobeat into indie-pop. But the songs are there, and good songwriting trumps... well, pretty much everything else." The album "In Light" is set for release June 7, 2011. Congrats, guys!
